SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. 

TRACKING
As the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier otherwise if the order has been tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again. 

DELIVERY
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

What happens if I still not receive my order after 30 days?
Kindly inform us via email so we can help you to further check on your parcel status. Usually, we will offer you to resend a replacement with no additional fees. However, if you're not willing to wait anymore for replacement, we need to allow 60 days before we can immediately refund you.

Our hope is that you are completely satisfied with your Art Styles Cases purchase. If you encounter any manufacturing quality problems and wish to return the item, please contact us at support@trendyjewelrys.com within 24 hours upon receiving your package with your order number, reasons and photo proofs. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed. If your order was placed after 4pm EST, the processing will begin on the next day.

Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Art Styles Cases reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise is worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. We do not accept refunds on any customized pieces or lost return packages. Please kindly note that due to circumstances and policies caused by the pandemic (COVID-19), there may be a general or regional delay in shipping, and we regretfully decline any demands for refund based on this reason. 

 

RETURN POLICY

How can I clean my case?

We recommend using a damp cloth and no harsh chemicals. Mild soap and water should do the trick. 

Setp1: Create a solution of dish soap and water. 
Setp2: Place the case in the solution. 
Setp3: Use the toothbrush to scrub it. 
Setp4: Rinse and repeat as you need to. 
Setp5: Low-temperature drying.
