Q1: Why is it so difficult to press my volume down button?
#iPhone11 I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max and the volume up button can be pressed normally, it also makes "crack" when using it. But the volume down button, on the other hand, is sometimes difficult to press and does not "crack" when operating.
A: Yes that is abnormal (I did not do that with mine). Maybe there's something in the button that blocks the press or the button is just broken.
