Q1: iPhone X touchscreen not responding?
#iPhoneX I have an iPhone X, but the problem is that the touchscreen doesn't work anymore. Tried hard reset (didn't work). When I touch it, it just doesn't respond. Sometimes when I turn on my iPhone there's a green flickering. I have now read that Apple can have it repaired free of charge. Since I bought my cell phone not from Apple, but from a cell phone shop, I now wonder whether I can still have it repaired.
A: Looks like it has fallen down, maybe dipped with it or got a lot of water. Apple doesn't fix that. The mobile phone shop is responsible for this. Probably not interested in that either.
