A: I recently repaired an iPhone 7, when the screws on the Touch Engine just passed and flew around the iPhone. Because the screws only had the space next to the vibration motor, the iPhone made strange noises when it vibrated. If you want to be on the safe side, have someone who knows about it open it and let you replace the touch engine. The spare part cost me 3 euro, so it's not rocket science.
