#iPhone12 I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max yesterday and just wanted to send a normal message to my grandma via iMessage, but it doesn't work so it is sent away but does not reach her. I'm connected to the internet etc so it is not that. Have you ever had that? (We both have a reception)
A: Does your grandma have an iPhone too? Otherwise you have to send her an SMS, the text bubble will be displayed with a green background. You don't need the internet for messages, you can do this via mobile data / your cell phone provider.
