Q1: Battery not charging?
#iPhoneX I have an iPhone X and it just occurred to me that my battery would still go down while charging! Can you please tell me what's going on?
A: If you have another Apple product that you can plug in, I would give it a try. if it doesn't work with the 2 iPhone then it's the cable. If it should work I would have a look at the battery of your cell phone. Another general tip, never use your mobile phone permanently when charging. Only damages the battery
