Q1: Transfer broken photos to iPhone?
#iPhone8 I hardly have any more space on my iPhone 8 or in iCloud. So I wanted to transfer the pictures on my cell phone to an external hard drive using my laptop. I have done this process several times and has always worked so far. Now my problem is that I can no longer transfer the photos from my cell phone to the hard drive, because there's always an error message like "the device is no longer connected". After that, I noticed that out-of-date photos on my cell phone seem "broken". That means they have an exclamation mark icon in the lower right corner and the image is very blurry. I also have a new laptop. Now to my question: Can I no longer transfer the photos as usual because they are broken? And if so, how can I virtually "repair" them again? Or could the problem be with the laptop?
A: If you have an exclamation mark and they are blurry, it does not mean that they are broken, but that the images are no longer available on the hard drive if I understand that now
