#iPhoneXR I have a big question for you, maybe you know what that means. I wanted to see how much I would get for an exchange for my new iPhone XR 128GB out of interest on the Apple Store website. However, there you have to enter the serial number, but if I enter this serial number then it says "The specified serial number does not match the selected device". What does that mean? The iPhone XR is new or not a week old and I bought the device from the Apple Store on the Internet.
A: Are you sure that the serial number does not contain a typo, or that you made a mistake about the model / memory size? If you are 100% sure about this, then unfortunately I can't help you either.
