Q1: iPhone crashes?
#iPhoneXS I have an iPhone XS and so far I have been using it normally. Since last night it crashes every 10 minutes (a black screen comes with a charging circle for 2-5 seconds) and then everything is back to normal. Just made a software update (14.1) and it's still like that. What could that be?
A: Try resetting it to factory settings. Does that happen when the iPhone is charging too?
