Q1: How can I set the Face ID correctly?
#iPhone12 I have a question I bought an iPhone 12 today. Before that I had an iPhone XS. The problem is I have reset the Face ID several times to fix the problem. Whenever I bought or installed something in the App Store with the iPhone XS at that time, I just had to switch on the Face ID and then downloaded it, it doesn't work anymore I always have to enter my Apple ID code even though the settings on AppStore Face ID are turned on is. Can someone help me there?
A: Sounds like the face id camera has some problem. What happens when you log in to http://www.iCloud.com/...iCloud.com and use the face ID Are there any sleeves or cases around the iPhone that are hiding something above? When the going gets tough, completely reset it and configure it as a new iPhone
