Q1: Why is the music library on the iPhone empty even though music is on the device?
#iTunes I have a new iPhone. The XR, the first for me without a home button. Have it set up with a backup of the old iPhone. Had a few problems due to two different computers and iTunes programs. But now Ales worked except for the music. In the information he shows me 1002 titles and also under the Music menu he has 6.2 GB music downloads, but when I go to the media library there's nothing but a white screen and I can't get any further. Has anyone ever had the same problem or an idea how to solve it?
A: Have you ever restarted the device? Do that, so some components are reloaded… Maybe just something "hung". Search through the categories (albums, artists, loaded music,…) … Is there music to be found there? Do you have an Apple Music subscription or did you buy the songs individually?
