Q1: Remove iTunes lock without iCloud?
#iTunes I have an iPhone 5, it has an itunse lock, I bought the cell phone used, so there's another iCloud on it that I do not know the password, the iCloud itself does not know, the person I have it from never told me. Since when I used the cell phone I forgot my password which is why it is now locked and has to be unlocked with itunse.
A: Do you mean an activation lock? You can only remove them if you show Apple a proof (e.g. Invoice) that the phone really belongs to you. I had a lot of trouble with the activation lock, thanks to my ex! The employees were very understanding and the lock was removed within a very short time!
