Q1: My photos have an exclamation mark, but why (iPhone)?
#iPhone8 I have another problem, with my iPhone 8 plus it is that some pictures are not loaded and there's an exclamation mark in the lower right corner. I have already heard / read that it is due to the iCloud storage because it is too full. I also know that you have to have the Internet to load the pictures, but nothing happens. Then you should go to iCloud in the settings and press Load and keep originals (I hadn't done this before, where I already saw it) and then switch to iCloud photos. But when I want to do that, I get this message: "This iPhone can't… Load photos and videos in full resolution. If you continue, the versions in low resolution will be deleted." I don't know what to do and don't dare to press on it, because the photos that are in my cloud are very important to me. I would like to save the photos on an external hard drive, I tried it myself and after seeing that my Macbook was losing storage space I only deleted them on my Mac. Could that also be a reason?
A: Well then you have to free up cloud storage, i.e. Either delete photos and the like or download them. Changing the iPhone so that it only saves pictures offline on the smartphone can also help if it is not already full
