Q1: iPhone XS camera purple?
#iPhoneXS I have a little problem. If I want to film or take a photo with my iPhone XS, which was bought on December 27th, 2019, the camera is purple like a filter, but no filter is on. Stripes can sometimes be seen. The selfie camera works normally and so does the portrait camera. Everything works normally in good light, but if it is a little darker it is purple. If I take a photo with flash, the camera or the picture is normal. With apps, none of this works properly. All of this is only since today, January 1st, 2020. I would be very grateful for helpful tips or advice. My uncle also said that a software update could go away, could it really be? Because the camera is clean and as good as I can see it has no damage. My cell phone didn't fall off either, after all it is brand new.
A: Make a restart of the iPhone. Otherwise bring it back and show the error. At Apple you get that exchanged.
