Q1: iPhone 5s locked forever?
#iTunes I have a pretty big problem. I had an iPhone once in my life, an iPhone 5s. Otherwise I have neither Apple devices nor accounts with any Apple programs. Now I wanted to unlock the iPhone again, but I no longer knew the code and therefore tried a little. But I didn't know that after a few unsuccessful attempts, the iPhone would lock itself forever. Now there's a lock in there forever and I don't know how I can get it out again. I've only found something with iTunes on the Internet, but since I don't have an account with any Apple program, I can't do anything with it. I was also suggested to hold down the home button for 10 seconds or so but that didn't work. What can I do? Delete data by myself (if it can be avoided that would of course be very nice)
A: With proof of ownership (receipt or something) to the Apple store. They help you.
