A: There's no alternative that can even keep up with the Apple Watch, because Apple does not release important interfaces for third parties, e.g. Answering messages is only possible with the Apple Watch. The Apple Watch is also not expensive, on eBay you can get the Series 1 for well under 100 euro and it is much better on the iPhone than any other smartwatch.
