Q1: Why is my video file only a document after backup?
#iTunes I have a question I'm currently searching through my old backups for pictures and videos. The backups were made via iTunes and have been stored on a hard drive ever since. However, the videos are recognized as a document. The file is just a blank sheet of paper in the folder, but when I press the file on it I only see a picture / frame of the whole video. I hope someone knows about it and understands what my question is. Thanks in advance. PS.: Sry for the misspellings.
