Q1: Restoring Back Up does not work on the iPhone. Solution?
#iTunes I have a new iPhone since today and wanted to pull the back up of my old iPhone. But now every time I see that the connection was disconnected from the iPhone. My iPhone is still connected to the laptop. Personally, I would say it can't be on the iPhone because it's new. Likewise, I use the original USB cable that came with it. Also, iPhone and iTunes are up to date. Nevertheless, I can't explain the whole thing.
A: With this error, it often helps to restore your iPhone via the iCloud, after that it will be back on iTunes.
