Q1: Making calls too quietly?
#iPhone7 I have found that on my iPhone 7 phone calls (on the "ear speaker) are very quiet. However, this does not occur, for example, with WhatsApp calls (they are really only calls over the network). It can't be due to my provider, since I I've changed it twice, and it's still not better. My volume is turned up and when I hear the call on headphones, it works.
A: That seems to be a problem with the small speaker at the top. Ev. Damaged by water or falling down. Or did you stick a display film over it.
