Q1: iPhone loading slowly?

A: 1% in 1-2 minutes is not very little for a 5 watt charging cable. If we ignored the slower charge with a higher percentage of the battery, the full charge would take about 200 minutes ≈ 3 hours. I have an iPhone 12 and it would continue to charge as long as I use the 20 watt power adapter, and with it I charge the first 50% in about 30 minutes. Maybe you don't have one and that would be an idea for you.
