Q1: IOS: screen time is not added?
#iPhone7 I have an iPhone 7 with iOS 12.4.1 and use the screen time. It always worked well, until the days suddenly the calculation was wrong.
A: I have a very similar problem. My screen time shows me that I use the settings 23h a day, which of course can't be. If nobody can help you with your problem here, I would give the support a try: https://support.Apple.com/...de/contact
