Q1: Create local website without XAMPP, etc. Is that possible?
#iOS I have a question I have to create a website for work that can only be reached via my IP on my computer (Localhost).
A: If this only static pages (ie "finished" HTML files, possibly with pictures, CSS, etc., but without server-side functionality), you just need to put them in a folder and you can open them in the browser with "File" or a Call "file: //" URL. Relative links within your site will work as well. But if you PHP uses to generate the pages, you have to install on your computer a web server with all the necessary extensions (just PHP, for example) and then call the site with "http://localhost".
